Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Clear unboxing video proof is provided (mandatory for damaged/wrong item claims).
We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened skincare products
- Used items
- Sale or discounted products
- Products without original packaging
Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5ā7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit (depending on customer preference).
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
